The principal will serve as the instructional leader of the building and will maintain a positive and safe school climate for all students and staff. The principal will maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, seeking input and guiding the vision of the school based on the needs of the community and the strategic goals of the district. Education and/or Experience

Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university required Successful secondary classroom teaching experience required Secondary school administration experience required Certificates/Licenses

JOB CLASSIFICATION: Certified SHIFT TYPE: Full-Time SCHEDULE: 260 days, 8 hours/day SALARY: Annual salary starting from $140,000, depending on years of experience as a school administrator Benefits Eligibility
