Responsibilities

Support corporate Compliance Circle activities by serving as the local Subject Matter Expert for product safety regulations and standards in the North, Central, and South American markets. Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Procurement and Production to identify product safety obligations early in the design cycle and ensure lifecycle compliance. Oversee that product technical files are properly maintained to provide evidence of product compliance. Act as the point of contact with third-party approval agencies (NRTLs, NBs, CBs, etc.) during all phases of the product evaluation process, ensuring clear two-way communication among stakeholders. Ensure compliance readiness for new or transfer projects. Support external third-party agency audits related to product safety and hazardous location. Train personnel in product safety and product compliance methods. Provide support and guidance to other METTLER TOLEDO facilities in this area on request. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field is required. 3 or more years of technical project management experience. Demonstrated success in leading and participating in diverse teams (geographic, cultural, and disciplinary). Ability to lead projects and work as part of a project team. Ability to handle tough issues and aggressive timelines with limited supervision. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical design. Willingness to travel. What We Offer
