Contribute to projects and lead analysis as part of an interdisciplinary team delivering multimodal transportation projects with a focus on active transportation (bicycle, pedestrian, and micromobility). Represent Toole Design in project and stakeholder meetings and collaborate with planners, landscape architects, urban designers, and engineers. Perform data analysis, produce maps, graphics, and presentations; participate in community engagement; contribute to plan writing; and conduct occasional field work. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in urban planning or a related field At least 1+ year of experience Proficiency with Excel for data and demographic analysis; experience with ArcGIS and/or QGIS and creating webmaps Experience in graphic production in Adobe Creative Suite, including data visualization, graphic design, and document layout Strong cultural competency with people from diverse backgrounds Nice to Have
Prior planning or consulting experience (even as an intern) Spanish language skills Experience with bicycle and pedestrian projects Experience conducting public outreach and engagement You'll Be Great Here If

This full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week. The Seattle office is in the heart of downtown Seattle with easy access by foot, bike, transit, or ferry. Transit options and bike infrastructure are readily available nearby. Salary & Benefits

$66,000-$78,000 Benefits:
