Although we deliver a category-leading online DIY tax software for nearly 40M filers, there are still 85M American consumers who spend too much time and money on inefficient and expensive tax prep services. We’re seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Traffic to Start & Growth Product Management team, responsible for delivering best-in-class experiences on TurboTax.com. With more than 190M annual visitors during tax season, our site is a critical entry point for millions of customers. Your team will focus on unlocking business growth through conversion rate optimization, experimentation, personalization and AI-driven experiences. In this role, you’ll define and drive the product vision and strategy for growth across onsite personalization, mobile-first experiences, a robust experimentation roadmap, and the application of AI to deliver smarter, more tailored customer experiences at scale. You’ll identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities, develop a clear path to execution, and inspire cross-functional partners to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that fuel Intuit’s continued leadership. This role will require partnership with multiple internal organizations including our other TurboTax PM teams, Engineering, Design, AI & Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Marketing Technology and Data platform teams. Responsibilities
Leading the product vision, strategy, and high level roadmaps that will enable us to achieve our customer and business objectives. Partnering cross-functionally to deliver experience improvements and customer and financial targets. Driving the use of AI and machine learning to enhance experimentation, personalization, and customer journeys. Building a high-performance team and attract world-class talent and lead, develop, and inspire them to innovate on behalf of our customers. Qualifications
8+ years of experience in web optimization and growth, including at least 5 years in a Product Management role driving experimentation and/or personalization initiatives at Experience building and leading a PM team (2+ years direct management experience) Deep experience with web and mobile-first customer experiences, ideally in high-traffic (20+ million monthly uniques), consumer-facing environments. Proven experience leveraging machine learning to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and personalization strategies. Strong track record of owning revenue outcomes and delivering product-led growth Deep customer obsession and strong track record delivering customer value through product innovation Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels Capable of crafting a vision, decomposing it into milestones, and leading execution Excels in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product and marketing teams Deeply curious and data-driven. Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data, analytics and the voice of the customer Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
