Overview
Construction Customer Success Manager at JobTread Software. This full-time, on-location role is based in Dallas, Texas. Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr. JobTread Software provides end-to-end construction management software to help construction businesses manage processes from pre-construction through project completion. Our mission is to leverage technology to create more profitable construction companies. You will join a growing Customer Success Team and focus on managing customer accounts, driving adoption, and ensuring customer value and retention. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts Become a JobTread product expert and stay current with ongoing product updates Conduct online product trainings via Zoom Perform ongoing assessment and outreach to ensure customer success Provide consultative feedback to improve customer workflows Contribute to product knowledge base and video library Record and manage all customer activities in Salesforce Collaborate with the Development Team to identify and communicate product issues and development requests Ideal candidates / Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred 1-2+ years of customer success or account management experience at a SaaS or software company preferred Prior work experience or knowledge of the construction industry or construction management software is a MUST Experience with productivity tools like Salesforce, Slack, etc. is a plus Ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, entrepreneurial spirit, and creative problem solver Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and clear communication Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and achieve results Ability to anticipate problems and follow through to get things done Organized, thorough, efficient, and timely in task completion Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent first impressions and ability to engage a range of customers from individual business owners to C-level executives Flexibility for occasional after-hours work for specific customer needs Work environment & Perks
