Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Support business development and client relationship management
Collaborate with field leadership to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
Excellent experience in commercial construction project management
Experience with healthcare, commercial, or mission-critical projects preferred
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required)
OSHA certification and additional training a plus
