Project Manager Location:
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to identify and implement small to medium projects that support unit or corporate goals. Manage projects that may be business and/or technical (software implementation or application updates). Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to deliverables, processes, and systems within defined parameters and methodology. Develop planning documents, project charters, and deployment plans; lead project meetings; define team roles and responsibilities; develop work plans and schedules. Develop and manage communication plans; identify and prioritize scope changes and facilitate approvals; maintain project documents and ROI tracking. Assemble appropriate skill sets, set expectations with resource managers and team members, provide performance feedback. Manage issues, facilitate resolution, execute communication plans, and report status regularly. Develop testing strategy and conduct project close-out activities; participate in quality review checkpoints; obtain and archive necessary approvals; update project plan.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, with at least 2 years leading and directing project tasks, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences
Ability to foster an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solve problems in a matrix environment, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Experience leading one or more projects; health plan and PBM experience preferred; strategy development and vendor management experience preferred.
Salary, Location & Benefits
For candidates working in person or virtually in the locations below, the salary range for this position is $82,280 to $123,420. Locations:
Chicago, IL and Mendota Heights, MN.
