Overview

First Western seeks an Application Administrator - Core Banking to join our team. The role supports high-net-worth clients and works with the Enterprise Technology team to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations. What You Will Do

Oversee the daily operations of FIS IBS and NCR Voyix to ensure system stability, availability, and performance. Manage user access, security roles, and permissions across enterprise applications. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality in collaboration with internal operations teams, IT teams, and vendors. Monitor vendor bulletins and other communications about changes impacting users. Implement, train, and ensure smooth adoption of these changes. Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments, especially regarding assigned applications. Work with IT teams to integrate FIS IBS and NCR Voyix with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Identify opportunities for automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Use professional knowledge, judgment, and analysis to resolve business needs and recommend courses of action. Liaise with vendors to resolve application issues, plan upgrades, and ensure service levels (SLAs) are met. Manage contract renewals and vendor compliance according to vendor management procedures. What You Bring

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a focus on operational excellence. Ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences. Strong social and emotional intelligence with the ability to influence others. Ability to research and identify application issues. Project management skills/experience is a plus. Education and Experience

Education : Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar (Preferred). Experience : 3-5 years administering Enterprise Applications or working with Core Banking applications (Required/Preferred). What You Receive

$80,000 - $120,000/YR Job Classification:
