About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Franchise Growth and Territory Developer to join our leadership team.
In this role, you’ll recruit and onboard new Jani-King franchise owners, support existing franchisees through business development, and ensure consistent service quality through training and site audits.
This position blends sales, coaching, and operational leadership — perfect for someone who thrives on helping entrepreneurs grow and succeed.
What You’ll Do
Franchise Recruitment & Growth
Identify, qualify, and recruit new franchise prospects across assigned territories.
Conduct discovery calls, in-person meetings, and presentations to guide candidates through the Jani-King franchise process.
Manage a sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly franchise development goals.
Business Development & Client Relations
Build relationships with commercial clients and create new business opportunities for franchise owners.
Participate in walkthroughs, proposals, and bid meetings to help franchisees secure new accounts.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive local growth campaigns.
Training, Coaching & Performance
Lead onboarding and operational training for new franchise owners.
Conduct field audits, quality inspections, and business coaching visits.
Support franchisees in improving service delivery, client retention, and profitability.
Reporting & Compliance
Track performance metrics, sales activity, and audit results.
Ensure franchise operations meet corporate, brand, and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in franchise development, business-to-business sales, or field operations.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel regionally for meetings, audits, and training.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
