What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Build and maintain dashboards for campaign, channel, and ROI performance
Validate marketing data for accuracy, eliminating duplicates and errors
Deliver campaign performance readouts in clear, digestible formats
Partner with channel managers to design experiments and define success metrics
Analyze and report on validated tests, highlighting learnings for future campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting
Proven experience building dashboards and campaign reporting frameworks
Strong data validation and QA skills, with a focus on accuracy
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Familiarity with attribution modeling and test/learn frameworks

Collaborative mindset with experience working across Ops, Paid Media, and Demand Gen teams
