Salesforce architect

We are seeking a

Senior Salesforce Architect

with strong expertise in

Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

and

Service Cloud

to lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for our client. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and best practices for Field Service operations. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for

Salesforce Field Service Lightning

and

Service Cloud . Define technical roadmaps, integration patterns, and scalable design strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into robust Salesforce solutions. Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components. Ensure platform governance, security standards, and data integrity. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and admins. Support code reviews, performance tuning, and release management. Required Skills & Experience

8+ years

of overall Salesforce experience with

3+ years

as a Technical Architect. Proven expertise in

Field Service Lightning (FSL)

– configuration, mobile setup, scheduling, optimization, and workflows. Strong experience with

Service Cloud ,

Apex ,

LWC ,

APIs , and

Integration frameworks . Deep understanding of

Salesforce data model ,

security model , and

deployment tools (CI/CD) . Experience working in

hybrid agile environments

with distributed teams. Salesforce

Architect or Field Service Lightning certification

preferred. Seniority level
