Entry Level or Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level or Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist (Level 1 or 2) to join the F-15 IP&S team in Berkeley, MO, reporting to the F-15 IP&S manager. Responsibilities
Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plans and refining the business case Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher Experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations Experience using Microsoft Project Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis Experience using Open Plan Professional Experience using Milestone Professional Additional Details
