Lead and manage the Flow Operations Program, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing operations. Analyze and streamline patient care pathways to optimize throughput and resource utilization. Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions. Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient flow, reduce wait times, and improve overall patient experience. Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven decisions. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to implement standardized processes and best practices. Develop training programs and educational materials to support staff in improving operational efficiency. Education

Clinical nursing experience 5-7 years required and Hospital, managed care or healthcare process improvement experience 3-5 years required and Management experience 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a hospital setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement processes. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements
