The Securities Based Lending team supports RBC Wealth Management’s Lending products. This team is also responsible for servicing the client’s internal pledges and lines of credit which includes the setup of loans, distributing funds, processing incoming payments, reconciliations and customer service. What will you do?
Process incoming and outgoing wire and ACH transactions Process system entries for transactions Make updates to client Credit Access Lines Reconcile banking applications and general ledgers Research ad hoc requests Other duties as assigned What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) OR High school diploma (or equivalent) AND 3 years of job-related experience. Must be able to anticipate needs and demands of day-to-day workflow in a fast paced, pressured work environment with strict time deadlines. Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly and able to delegate effectively. Must have ability to quickly analyze complex problem situations and provide solutions with guidance from Lending Management. Must be flexible with priorities throughout the day Nice-to-have
4-year degree from an accredited university in business, finance or related field. 3+ years business, finance, customer service and/or accounting/bookkeeping experience. Previous experience in the securities or banking industry preferred. Proficient with using Microsoft Visio, Power BI, SQL, etc. Previous wire or ACH experience Experience building PowerPoint presentations intended for Senior Management What’s in it for you?

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
