Team Lead | Logistics
Location: Memphis, TN
Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00
Responsibilities
Complete and assign work‑specific activities to team members; provide direction, guidance, and training in completing these activities.
Resolve complex work‑related issues by establishing strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Ensure team members complete all work‑related activities and assignments on time; communicate problems to manager.
Maintain outstanding internal and external customer service and demonstrate sound communication skills.
Answer questions on work‑related issues or problems; resolve routine and complex issues and provide training on new activities.
Identify and research accounts payable and receivable billing issues; resolve discrepancies and work with daily finance activity reports.
Invoice monthly service fee invoices and cost‑plus revenue; check for accuracy and ensure timely creation of invoices and accurate documentation.
Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with FXS Revenue services to resolve complex billing discrepancies and support the company Invoicing Manager.
Stay knowledgeable of daily work schedules and procedures; fill in reports and complete daily tasks as needed.
Work with manager to anticipate and identify productivity or performance issues; recommend continuous constructive work‑related activities to improve results.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 years of business experience, including 1 year in brokerage or customs brokerage environment.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
Ability to train and motivate team members to ensure high productivity.
