Overview
The Senior CDP Data Analyst will play a key role in the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of our internally built Customer Data Platform (CDP) enabling unified customer insights and driving data-informed decisions across the organization. Responsibilities
Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define data requirements and use cases for the CDP. Contribute to the design of data models, schemas, and integration logic that support a 360° view of the customer. Analyze customer data across systems (CRM, web, transactional, support, etc.) to identify patterns, segmentation opportunities, and behavioral insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support customer analytics and business decision-making. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the CDP by defining validation rules and monitoring processes. Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with developers to implement scalable data solutions. Support iterative development by testing new features, validating data outputs, and recommending enhancements. Advocate for data best practices and help establish standardized customer metrics and definitions across teams. Perform other duties as requested or as needed to fulfill the purpose of the job. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on customer data and cross-platform integration. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with building or contributing to custom data platforms or data products. Experience with customer journey analytics, segmentation modeling, or personalization strategies preferred. Exposure to agile development environments and product-oriented data work preferred. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, R, or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis. Understanding of cloud data architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data warehousing concepts. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) preferred. Experience

$112,000.00 - $141,000.00 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Benefits
