B.S. degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or commensurate hands-on experience that provides the knowledge to complete the duties. Licensed Professional Engineer (or equivalent) with a positive attitude and excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with clients, staff, and regulatory agencies. Responsibilities
