Oversee a preventative maintenance program to ensure the safety and longevity of guestrooms, facilities, and equipment Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to waste management, energy conservation, and sustainability initiatives Manage the hotel maintenance team, organizing efforts to provide a premier facility and positive guest experience Work with approved contractors: submit bids, present bids, and make recommendations Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of building maintenance experience (hotel/resort experience preferred) Previous engineering management experience required Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems (certification preferred) Knowledge of electrical systems, components, devices, boilers, and mechanical systems Experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields Knowledge of public construction and building systems, permits, licensing, and codes related to public building and fire safety Company and Application Notes
