Strategy is seeking an energetic

Senior Campaign Manager

to drive the management and execution of our integrated campaign efforts. You will develop, manage, and execute multi-channel integrated campaigns that span digital, social, traditional outbound channels, and events to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive sales pipeline growth. You will be an individual contributor who collaborates with web, product, sales, content, and event teams to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will be data-driven with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign creation and management, event management and logistics, and performance analytics. In-Office Position : Strategy is in-office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with Fridays as work-from-home. Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution: Manage testing, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (email, webinars, events). Ensure alignment with marketing goals and target key audiences. Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive campaigns that drive demand and lead generation to support sales pipeline growth; coordinate with product marketing, sales, and event priorities. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Design and execute lead nurturing programs using email, webinars, content syndication, retargeting, and event follow-ups to move leads through the funnel. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Marketo, CRM systems) to measure campaign and event performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations. A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct ongoing tests on landing pages, emails, and event promotions; implement CRO strategies to maximize ROI. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with product marketing, design, content, web, field marketing, event teams, sales, and external agencies to align campaigns with go-to-market initiatives. Social Media & Content Strategy: Create engaging content that supports campaigns and drives digital and event engagement; ensure alignment with objectives and messaging. Budget Management: Manage campaign and event budgets to maximize ROI. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies, event vendors, and suppliers to meet KPIs. Event Management & Logistics: Plan and execute events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer workshops, including venue selection, budgeting, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up. Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, and event management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment. Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns and manage events from planning to post-event follow-up. Integrated Marketing & Event Expertise: Ability to develop, manage, and execute integrated campaigns and events to generate leads and drive pipeline. Data-Driven: Proficiency with Google Analytics, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), event management systems (e.g., CVENT), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendors and agency relationships. Creative & Analytical: Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and strong analytical skills to derive insights from data. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and events concurrently. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related field. Why You’ll Love This Role
