$82,000.00/yr - $87,000.00/yr The Merchandise Systems analyst is responsible for managing assigned systems including: JDA Allocation, RPAS, and Relex. Creating/updating system components, variables, methods, dashboards while reviewing system accuracy and operational effectiveness. They support the Inventory Management, Financial Planning, and Assortment Planning teams with creative solutions to issues, research, training, KPIs, and productivity statistics. This position is also responsible for daily/weekly inventory management reporting using Business Objects (Data Warehouse), Showcase Query, and Access databases. Help monitor system performance and provide additional support as needed. Assist with testing, data input, and ad hoc support. Assisting in validating system enhancements and tool changes that impact inventory management. Build new and edit existing dashboards to meet the changing needs of the business. Partner with and help ensure 3rd party replenishment partners are executing as expected. Maintain User Access. Reporting Support the DT organization by providing ad hoc, daily and weekly reporting & analysis via data warehouse queries and tools. Key reports: Allocation exceptions/error reports, event detail reporting, corporate order book, DC available, unsplit skus, backorder reports, GT codes, store lists and sales indices, DC Event Instock reporting, Service Level reporting. Assist in training new and current team members. Participate in development and testing of system enhancements. Provide solutions to changing merchandise strategies. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications General merchandise, store, and planning experience desired Highly proficient with Excel and Access software (high level functions including, but not limited to, macros, access forms, access reports, visual basic and/or sequel queries, etc.) Strong written and oral communication skills Knowledge of Allocation “Best Practices” Strong analytical skills Desired Qualifications Experience with current retail enterprise, planning, allocation, and replenishment software, MMS and AS400 environment 2-3 years using allocation and replenishment applications. Other significant retail experience or operations experience such as Logistics, Merchandise Planning or Buying At this time, we are unable to sponsor employment visas.
