This job is part of the Media & Performance Marketing Team within the Customer Division. Support marketing efforts to build brand preference and drive flight bookings. Collaborate with media agency partners to measure and optimize campaign impact and ROI. Help the team stay on top of advertising trends and manage advertising technology and tools used to track and measure campaigns. What You\'ll Do
Work with various teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans for company initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact in Marketing. Evaluate marketing channels and create plans to utilize channels across campaigns. Determine the best execution across channels on a per-campaign basis. Champion the brand\'s tone of voice in all marketing assets, including copy and creative; limited copywriting support may be required. Build Adobe dashboards to track marketing performance and develop insights to optimize future campaigns. Collaborate with groups across the organization (AAdvantage, Premium Guest Services, Onboard products, Digital Content, Network Planning, Revenue Management, Sales, Legal, Corporate Communications, Causes and Global Engagement). Create owned-channel marketing assets and submit for production/deployment. Project manage campaigns from start to finish and develop ongoing reports for leadership. Travel for business when needed. Minimum Qualifications — Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience/training 1 year marketing experience Preferred Qualifications — Education & Prior Job Experience Creative and media agency management experience Master\'s degree Experience working cross-functionally across many different business units and with all levels of stakeholders Knowledge of the aviation industry and familiarity with American\'s Marketing organization Skills, Licenses & Certifications Solid understanding of digital media, including KPIs and measurement Ability to work with cross-functional groups and develop relationships with key stakeholders Creative, visual thinking with the ability to think outside the box Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What You\'ll Get
