Collaborate with other designers, researchers, and developers to create visually coherent and user-centered digital products. Translate wireframes and concepts into engaging, high-quality UI designs. Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and component libraries. Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. Ensure consistency in visual language across products and platforms. Help prepare design deliverables for development and follow up on implementation. Continuously learn and grow by collaborating closely with senior profiles. Requirements
1+ year of experience working as a UI or Visual Designer in digital product teams. Solid understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design. Proficiency in Figma and collaborative workflows (components, variants, libraries). Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and feedback exchange. A portfolio that shows visual craft, consistency, and user-centered thinking. Nice to have: experience collaborating with developers or multidisciplinary squads. Seniority level
