A respected and well-established law firm in Denver is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex and high-value real estate matters alongside experienced partners and a strong support staff. Responsibilities: Represent clients in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related documents. Advise clients on zoning, land use, and title matters. Manage real estate closings and coordinate with lenders, developers, and other stakeholders. Provide strategic counsel on property development, acquisitions, and financing. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client service skills. Full-time, in-person role Salary range: $135,000 - $185,000 annually + performance bonuses Comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility requirements, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; Paid holidays annually Other Details
