Territory Manager - Advanced Surgical - Baltimore South CONMED is seeking an experienced Medical Device Sales Representative to add to our highly talented Advanced Surgical sales force! Here is what we do, how we do it, who you will work with, and our why behind what we do here at CONMED.

Responsibilities

Bring a high level of energy, drive, perseverance, commitment, and professionalism to achieve new sales and maintain existing business

Sell innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces to positively impact patient outcomes

Receive extensive hands-on training

Ongoing collaboration and development from Field Sales Trainers

Who you will work with Leadership and peers that want you to be your best and will help you get there. You will collaborate with key decision-makers such as surgeons, nurses, OR managers, and other healthcare workers on what is best for the patient.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of outside medical device sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience required

Requirements

Approximately 20% travel

Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile

This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Disclosure as required by applicable state law, the role is 100% commission based. This is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting. OTE will be discussed on first initial phone call; candidates will receive commission starting day one based on current territory revenue.
