As our Marketing Coordinator, you drive success by coordinating campaigns for B2C (homeowners) and B2B (commercial/trade partner) audiences, aligning efforts with the company's business goals. As the main liaison between Capps Plumbing leadership and external advertising agencies, you manage timelines, approvals, and deliverable schedules. You oversee various content projects, including social media, digital ads, email newsletters, print materials, and event marketing. Your analytical skills track marketing performance data to measure ROI, identify trends, and suggest data-driven improvements. Additionally, you promote brand consistency and internal communication through high-quality materials and engaging employee events. Benefits

The compensation for this Marketing Coordinator role is
$55,000 to $65,000 per year . Responsibilities
Drive success by coordinating campaigns for B2C (homeowners) and B2B (commercial/trade partner) audiences, aligning efforts with company goals Serve as the main liaison between Capps Plumbing leadership and external advertising agencies; manage timelines, approvals, and deliverable schedules Oversee content projects including social media, digital ads, email newsletters, print materials, and event marketing Track marketing performance data to measure ROI, identify trends, and suggest data-driven improvements Promote brand consistency and internal communication through high-quality materials and engaging employee events Key Qualifications And Skills
3+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or advertising coordination role; ideally in both B2C (homeowner) and B2B (commercial/trade partner) environments; 4-6+ years of experience is preferred Experience managing vendor or agency relationships, including tracking deliverables, reviewing creative work, and coordinating approvals Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or SEO tools; not to manage campaigns directly, but to review performance data, interpret results, and communicate insights to leadership and the agency Familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut) to assist with light, in-house content creation or collaborate effectively with external designers Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally with internal teams Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and digital advertising Proficiency in interpreting and summarizing analytics from digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and other channels) to provide actionable insights for leadership Strong strategic and analytical mindset Ability to connect marketing performance data to business objectives and recommend data-driven improvements Knowledge of or experience in the construction, home services, or trades industries Launch your career with us now!
