Overview
SHC Federal is seeking an experienced MS365 Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, endpoint configuration, and Windows image engineering. This individual will play a key technical leadership role—partnering with project management and security teams to design, implement, and maintain secure, efficient, and scalable end-user computing environments. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Windows or End User Device Engineering. Demonstrated expertise administering and troubleshooting Office 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, and SSO). Strong experience creating and maintaining Windows-based images and integrating enterprise applications. Proven ability to plan, test, and deploy large-scale O365 updates and security patches. Microsoft Technology Certification (or equivalent relevant experience). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Preferred Skills
Experience supporting secure federal or enterprise environments. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, automation, and configuration management tools. Working knowledge of threat protection, compliance, and endpoint security tools. Ability to work cross-functionally with project management, cybersecurity, and IT operations teams. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the PM and SEC technical leadership to define strategy, drive key technical decisions, and establish architectural guidelines, best practices, and conventions. Develop, maintain, and support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Windows and O365 environments. Provide consultation and liaison support for tool implementation and onboarding initiatives. Perform advanced administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and Azure AD. Create, deploy, and manage Windows-based images and integrate Office 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, etc.) into Windows 10 images. Plan, deploy, and manage Office 365 semi-annual enterprise channel updates and security patch cycles. Configure Windows profiles, manage Exchange and O365 accounts, and apply endpoint threat protection tools. Package and deploy Office 365 applications to Windows endpoints using Intune, Autopilot, or similar enterprise management tools. Seniority level
