Designing, scaling, and deploying various cloud security controls and services Building processes and workflows along with a consolidated and collaborative integration of IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS cloud services Developing APIs in Python Ensuring seamless user experience with advanced security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure Maintaining and containing business risk as it pertains to the AWS cloud infrastructure Working across teams and business units to define requirements and deliver solutions Building comprehensive security controls to enforce policy Supporting business unit technologists deploying to the public cloud Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, compliance A strong understanding of AWS cloud service provider Engineering/operational support of cloud account configuration in AWS Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines or security tooling for cloud-native deployments Strong background in developing APIs, particularly with Python Experience building deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) Experience implementing infrastructure-as-code concepts and technologies Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions Strong ability to work with YAML and JSON markup languages Understanding of IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS; automation; containers; virtual compute, storage, and networks; self-provisioning and scaling Ability to collaborate with application and security teams to promote a secure cloud posture Mentor and train other team members to work effectively in the cloud Self-starter capable of working independently by reading user documentation Additional information
