AWS Cloud Architect, Mid role at Booz Allen Hamilton. You will oversee a team of experts and use enterprise cloud platforms to guide clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet challenging missions, including multi-cloud solutions to support the DoD. Responsibilities
Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to architect, build, and deliver multi-cloud solution components. Lead, build, and manage container apps and use Kubernetes within a DevOps framework. Explore solutions using internal Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP labs and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions. Modernize legacy computing platforms and applications, build new ones, and lead continuous integration and deployment efforts. Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, including AWS in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary cloud-based solutioning Experience leading architecture for large engagements, including legacy and cloud deployments Experience with end-to-end cloud solution architecture, design, and deployment Experience architecting highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant cloud-based solutions Experience providing technical guidance to architects and engineers Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions, network architecture, and security principles Secret clearance Bachelor\'s degree Nice to have
Experience leading DevOps teams and implementing automation tools and processes Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solution Architect Professional, Google Cloud Architect, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Clearance

Compensation is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
