We’re seeking a driven, team-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our fast-growing sales team. Reporting directly to leadership, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving growth across foodservice, grocery, and natural channels. From coordinating sales calls and events to managing logistics that keep our team running smoothly, you’ll work closely with teammates, customers, and partners to deliver exceptional results. Base pay
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr This range is provided by High Altitude Partners. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing sample shipments, managing logistics for sales calls, and tracking inventories. Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Reach out to potential customers and prospects via email and phone to help grow sales opportunities. Assist in the preparation and organization of trade shows and client events, including occasional travel. Maintain and update customer databases and item details in master data platforms. Track project costs and recommend ways to improve cost efficiency. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new tools and processes. Positive, proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus. Comfortable lifting boxes or materials up to 50 lbs. and able to travel to meetings, events, or stores as needed. Able to be in the Denver office up to five days a week. Preferred Skills
Experience with master data platforms Background or experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Interest in food and comfort with cooking and food preparation. Location: Denver, CO
