Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concept of Patient‑Centered Care forms the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Responsibilities
Complete bedside shift report at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensure patient is provided with names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board every shift. Meet with supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks. Involve the patient and family in psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population‑specific, and diversity needs in care. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited C.N.A. program. Current Nevada C.N.A. license. Current BLS certificate. Prefer one year full‑time or three years part‑time experience in an acute‑care setting. Successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility. Benefits
