Review Prior Authorizations, verify proven and/or medically necessary indications, and review clinical documentation in support of prior authorization reviews. Provide internal pharmacist support to the PA team and member services department; excellent oral and written communication skills are needed. Perform foreign drug reviews, medical record reviews, case analysis, and provide clinical support and collaboration for development of new drug policies/revisions to existing drug policies and clinical projects. Work remotely with potential for on-site training; open to qualified candidates within the United States, with the ideal candidate residing in the Phoenix, AZ area. Candidate must hold active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in Arizona. Full-time 40 hours per week with a set schedule (5 days/wk 8 hours or 4 days/wk 10 hours) within 5am–7pm AZT; potential for future Saturday rotation. Required Qualifications
1+ year(s) pharmacist experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management 1+ year(s) pharmacist experience with Prior Authorizations within PBM Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in the State of Arizona Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in state of residence Preferred Qualifications
3+ years in Pharmacy Benefit Management 2+ years in Clinical Prior Authorizations Experience with RxClaim Demonstrated computer proficiency Education

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is
$94,500.00 - $211,200.00 . This range represents base pay; actual offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay. Our people fuel our future.
