Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our Longmeadow team. This is a hybrid position, allowing a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. The ideal candidate values a trauma-informed, relational, and creative approach to therapy and is eager to build a career in a practice that invests in its clinicians’ long-term growth. Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy Develop and maintain thoughtful, strengths-based treatment plans Maintain timely and compliant documentation in SimplePractice Participate in weekly supervision and collaborative case consultation Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice Contribute to a positive, supportive, and safety-focused team environment What Sets Us Apart

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Current Massachusetts license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or pursuing licensure Strong clinical and documentation skills Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Interest in creative or expressive modalities a plus Collaborative, grounded, and professional presence Why Join Us
