Join H&R Block as a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional and serve clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team. Provide advanced tax training you\'ll need to be successful. Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email). Prepare complete and accurate tax returns. Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services. Provide clients with IRS support. All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation. Mentor and support teammates. Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred). CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (preferred). Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership). 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax. Experience conducting virtual tax interviews. Experience with tax planning and audit support. Sales and/or marketing experience. Experience completing individual returns and working in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working with virtual tools — video, phone, and chat; strong written and verbal communication skills. Must meet IRS and applicable state requirements; high school diploma / equivalent or higher. Why work for us

The pay range for this position is listed below. Pay decisions depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Pay range: $11.00 - $80.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply.
