Overview The Senior Account Executive, Brand Partnerships (West) will be a proven seller and dynamic relationship builder who thrives on creating opportunities. This role requires someone who can sell both the dream of what’s next and the proven performance of existing products. With new shows, franchises, and events constantly launching, the ideal candidate can structure their week with discipline, balancing proactive outreach with smart follow-up, while keeping pace with a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by selling integrated media packages across digital, social, events, custom content, and newsletters.
Develop and maintain strong direct client relationships and agency partnerships, ensuring Front Office Sports is top of mind for sports marketing investments.
Proactively identify new business opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and sell against newly launched FOS shows, events, and franchises.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom and creative partnership solutions.
Represent Front Office Sports with a strong presence at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Be a structured, smart, persistent, and convincing partner who embodies the passion of both sports and business.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and revenue targets.
Present and pitch advertising solutions to clients, addressing their unique goals and challenges.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 years in media sales at the AE level or higher (digital, social, branded content, and events).
Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals.
Strong portfolio of client-direct relationships as well as agency contacts.
Ability to sell consultatively, pitching both new ideas and established products.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to structure your week and prioritize across multiple products and timelines.
High-energy personality with a fire to win, resilience under pressure, and strong communication skills.
Passion for sports, business, and culture with a finger on the pulse of industry trends.
