Leadership Duties
Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and troubleshooting. Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinic staff. Develop, refine, and implement clinic policies, procedures, and systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic-level operational and clinical matters. Lead staff trainings, professional development, and team meetings. Collaborate with senior leadership to align clinic performance with company goals. Clinical Duties
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments. Create and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans. Maintain a small caseload to deliver hands-on, high-quality care. Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians. Deliver parent and caregiver training with evidence-based strategies. Evaluate treatment programs and make data-driven adjustments. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, Utah regulations, and quality benchmarks. Conduct treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and quality checks. Provide in-home support when necessary. Qualifications
Current BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility). At least 2+ years working as a BCBA in a clinic setting. Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities. Reliable transportation for local travel within Salt Lake City. Preferred: Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain). Benefits
