Role : Radiation Oncology Physician (MGFR)

What You’ll Do As a Radiation Oncology Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will develop personalized treatment plans, determine appropriate radiation doses, oversee the treatment process, and manage potential side effects.

Four clinic days per week and low burden call structure

Practice at Intermountain Health: St. Joseph Hospital and/or Good Samaritan Hospital

Join a well-respected, established group of Oncology providers

Provide Oncology care as part of a regional practice with supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff

What We Provide

Competitive Compensation: $570,000 plus potential to earn more with a production incentive

Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable)

EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide)

Mentorship, leadership opportunities, program expansion, professional growth, and strong program support

Collaborative technology: Varian hardware and software for treatment planning and delivery (TrueBeam with SD MLC, Edge with HD MLC); VisionRT for SGRT; Eclipse with HyperArc, MCO, and RapidPlan; Radformation software

Centralized Physics and Dosimetry support for complex procedures (including linac-based single isocenter SRS, SBRT, real-time fiducial tracking, gated breath hold)

Saint Joseph Hospital brachytherapy/OR suite with anesthesia capabilities and HDR programs

What You’ll Bring

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school

Residency or Fellowship trained in Radiation Oncology

Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology

Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or ability to obtain one

Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Radiation Oncology experience

Passion for Radiation Oncology

Experience performing brachytherapy procedures is highly preferred for the Saint Joseph Hospital position
