We are seeking an experienced
Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes across the Phoenix metro area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing operations efficiently, and ensuring every resident and property owner receives exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional, client-first approach. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values accountability, communication, and pride of ownership. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of single-family residential properties, ensuring leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, and vendors, maintaining strong and transparent relationships. Oversee the full leasing process including property marketing, showings, tenant screenings, and move-in coordination. Handle daily property management operations such as inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease compliance. Utilize property management and CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and smooth workflow. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance marketing materials, listings, and brand visibility. Apply creativity to marketing efforts—experience using Canva or similar design tools is a plus. Qualifications
Active Arizona Real Estate License
(required to lease single-family homes). 1+ year of experience
in property management or leasing of residential properties. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a professional and personable demeanor. Proficiency with property management systems and CRM platforms. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Bonus:
