Overview

Sr. Financial Analyst role at Watts Water Technologies. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, Americas FP&A, the Sr. Financial Analyst will play an integral part within Watts, supporting both internal and external financial processes. The position will leverage financial data to drive transparency, consistency, accountability and performance within the business, make ongoing recommendations to improve processes, lead small projects, and participate in leadership presentations. This role is hybrid and based in North Andover, MA. Primary Job Duties And Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to understand operational drivers, challenge assumptions, and provide strategic financial guidance. Develop executive-level reports and dashboards that highlight performance versus plan, financial KPIs, and variance analysis. Prepare month end and quarter end reporting deliverables along with insightful analysis into regional performance. Support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for the Americas, incorporating key performance metrics and market trends. Partner with the leadership team to complete an annual five-year strategic plan considering current market conditions and key strategic decisions. Perform complex levels of ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making. Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities within existing processes to foster efficiency, collaboration and alignment on key performance drivers. Required Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial/logistics setting is required Expert understanding of financial frameworks and concepts with the ability to design/conduct complex financial analysis Advanced understanding of how financial decisions impact overall business performance with the ability to influence decision-making Expert Excel skills including: VLOOKUP, SumIfs, pivot tables, ability to effectively manipulate and organize large amounts of data Self-motivated, problem solver, strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment Superior organization skills, ability to multi-task and rearrange priorities as needed, monitor workflow in meeting critical deadlines and project timetables Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels and functions in the organization including senior leadership Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams with a process improvement mindset Advanced knowledge of HFM, ERP, Cognos/BI Preferred Qualifications

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday). Physical Requirements
