Numalliance, leading player in the engineering and manufacturing of CNC wire, tube bending and forming machines & tooling, is currently seeking 2 motivated and experienced Regional Sales Managers to join our dynamic team: 1 located in the USA (Chicago or Cincinnati area) 1 located in México (Guadalajara or Queretaro area) About the job Direct message the job poster from Numalliance Position Overview As a Regional Sales Manager specializing in manufacturing solutions and tooling, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships in the US or Mexican market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients; maintain regular visits and contacts with existing and new customers; understand client needs and objectives, ensuring our solutions align with their business goals; act as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within the company. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and seek new potential clients; collaborate with the sales, marketing and technical teams to create effective strategies for business growth; stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Sales and Revenue Generation: Define, develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets; negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability for the company; work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to address client needs and provide input on new product offerings; liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client projects. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and sales forecasts; provide regular reports and updates to Sales Director on current activities, key account performance and market trends. Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of manufacturing, technologies and industry trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Languages spoken: English / Spanish, French would be a plus
