SAP/ERP/IT Recruitment Lead @ PTR Global, a Pinnacle Group Company. Day 1 onsite Sunnyvale, CA / Austin, TX. Long term contract. Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. No mid layer / No Implementation partners are Involved. DAM Specialist who can create user guide documents, a little bit of technical writing, and Business Analyst (Traditional sense). Base pay range $65.00/hr - $70.00/hr Direct message the job poster from PTR Global Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Work with the business to identify their data model, vocabularies and collaborate with Client so that can be translated to a working model. Create training materials to train users and Train the Trainer, being open for creativity in your delivery. (e.g. videos, slide decks, other tools). Facilitate Office Hours for business tenants to provide educational sessions on specific features. Provide support for business teams as needed. Identify opportunities for change and discuss with Client for continuous improvement of the DAM platform. Create & maintain user guide for the application as well as new features in every release. Project governance and artifacts: maintain project plan, risk management log, leadership reports, project status, and related artifacts. Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure projects are completed successfully; provide verbal and written project status, risks, and issues, with recommendations. Monitor project performance; ensure artifacts are signed and stored in applicable repositories. Develop and maintain lessons-learned inputs for future projects. Proactively identify risks and opportunities; define risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans; maintain program-level risk and issue matrices. Provide risk management plans and weekly status updates when mitigation impacts timeline, budget, or objectives. Coordinate risk management across all projects within the program and manage execution of individual projects. Qualifications
