The Construction Licensed Journeyman Electrician is responsible for electrical project installations, project planning and review, cost estimation, and oversight of the electrical project budget, ensuring electrical projects meet budgetary requirements. This position is responsible for repairs and maintenance of hospital electrical systems and components with voltages up to 13,800 volts, ensuring uninterrupted power to all Medical Center buildings. May direct the work of less skilled electricians and maintenance staff on projects as part of a collaborative team. Required Qualifications
Upon hire: National EPA Section 608 Certification - State/County/City Trade License Authority Upon hire: National Electrician Journeyman License - State/County/City Trade License Authority 10 or more years in the construction field reading blueprints, electrical diagrams, installing electrical components including high and low voltage systems, including 13.8V electrical switch gear, running conduits. Experience performing preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment, including panels, performing infrared scanning. Preferred Qualifications
