Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions. Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks. Basic computer knowledge/aptitude Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services. Achieve SuperPro certification. Must have reliable transportation. Essential Functions
Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers. Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary. Inspect/replace engine air and cabin air filters. Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on vehicle make/model. Able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service. Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline. Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions. Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly. Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles. Move and retrieve vehicle parts and perform services top side or underneath the vehicle as needed. Able to work for extended periods with arms above head when performing under-vehicle services. Move/transport items up to 50 pounds. Work with tools in tight or hard-to-reach areas. Communicate verbally to ensure services are performed safely and in the proper order. Environment
Work inside and outside in varying temperatures and conditions. Exposure to noise sufficient to require raising voice above ambient levels. Hazards include moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, high heat, and chemicals. Atmospheric conditions that may affect respiratory system or skin (fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, restricted ventilation). Work in narrow aisles or catwalks as required.
