Travel RN - Observation - Tele Shift : Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/week Length : 13 Weeks Every 3rd weekend, holiday rotation, must work 2 of 3 major holidays Holidays : Will rotate with core staff Requirements : AZ License Minimum 2 Years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months Critical thinking skills a must BLS ACLS NIHSS Other Details : # beds: 16 bed Floating: Yes, to any tele/medsurg floor 50 mile radius rule, must not live within 50 miles of the facility - must provide current driver's license with submit First to float - could float to sister facility Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam through UNA (WITH 2 MAX ATTEMPTS) within 24-48 hours of receiving offer.
