Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; rehabilitation nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from complex medical and orthopedic conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize recovery Educate patients and families about rehabilitation, recovery processes, and self-care strategies Promote a safe, supportive, and healing environment in the inpatient rehabilitation facility Benefits
