Independent Family Practice Clinic - Achieve Health is seeking exceptional family care providers. Achieve Health is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls to serve the employees and family members of our near site clinics. The clinics features a unique care model that is not productivity-driven and allows our providers themselves to dictate how much time they wish to spend with each patient. There is no or low cost to the clinic patients and there is no insurance involved. Our providers enjoy a practice environment that allows them to provide uncompromised quality care to their patients without excessive extra hours or take-home work, allowing them to achieve a sustainable work-life-family balance. This opportunity allows for no holidays, no weekends and no on-call. The schedule may also consist of a 3-4 day workweek.
