Our ENT team in Eugene provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat. From hearing loss and nasal obstruction to thyroid/parathyroid disorders, sinus and tonsil conditions, and throat cancer, we offer expert diagnosis and treatment using the latest medical advancements. Position Overview In this role, you would be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered ENT care through thorough evaluation and diagnosis of symptoms. You’ll develop personalized treatment plans that may include medical therapy, alternative approaches, or surgical procedures, depending on each patient’s needs. You’ll work within a collaborative and supportive team environment, alongside physicians and audiologists, assist with pre and post operative care and will be equipped with advanced tools such as EPIC EMR and DAX voice-enabled documentation to streamline care and enhance clinical efficiency. Practice Highlights Team-based model with strong mentorship 4-day work week 16–18 patients/day, ages pediatric to geriatric Support from a Medical Assistant EMR: EPIC | Documentation: DAX (AI-powered) Qualifications Required: Master’s degree and NCCPA certification Oregon PA license (or ability to obtain) Current BLS (AHA) Preferred: 1+ year in ENT or Primary Care (new grads with strong interest welcome) Why Optum?
