Job Description
This position is hybrid in our Cincinnati, Ohio or Lincoln, Nebraska office.
This position is responsible for working with management to organize, facilitate training programs, and document trainee output. The incumbent evaluates training effectiveness, identifies potential training gaps for classroom and/or e‑learning programs, and collaborates with the manager in developing learning programs accordingly.
What You Do
Leads department's new hire training program by delivering new classroom training.
Analyze training program gaps and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Coach trainees on their progress and develop performance improvement goals.
Participate in the planning timeline process for new hire classes.
Develop training material, training aids, and training binders.
Monitor existing and emerging learning technology and trends.
Utilize adult learning principles and techniques to optimize results.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
1‑3 years of related experience required.
Insurance industry experience required.
Experience with Life & DI products new business processes desired.
Experience with training or learning/development is desired.
Experience with building modular, self‑guided, or asynchronous training content desired.
