Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Position : Project Manager - Land Development
Locations : Kirkland, WA - 10% travel
Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager in a Civil Engineering group. You’ll lead a variety of projects across different sizes and complexities in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where you can grow your career.
Responsibilities
Partner with the production team to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
Review legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condominium documentation.
Serve as the subject matter expert for data-related inquiries.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff.
Ensure accurate and efficient execution of project tasks.
Foster professional growth and development within the team.
Deliver construction-related services and oversee junior team contributions.
Assist with permit applications and quantity estimations to support project execution.
Prepare comprehensive reports, technical opinions, and recommendations.
Contribute to hydrology and hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
8+ years of experience in Civil Land Development (retail, residential, commercial experience with national clients)
Experience managing projects generating between $0–$2 million in revenue
