What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Architect and implement a data-driven strategy to meet the needs of key business areas
Build and maintain data models in DBT
Collaborate with business partners to identify key metrics and integrate data into day-to-day operations
Provide guidance, reports, and dashboards to track and improve metrics
Automate manual reporting processes and workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 2+ years of experience in analytics or data science in product, operations, or marketing roles
BA/BS in behavioral science or a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, engineering, or natural sciences)
Expert-level SQL skills
Experience with BI tools and a solid understanding of statistical analysis
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved with data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong desire to provide stakeholders with a clean, easy, and useful experience with data
Previous experience in a fast-paced fintech or startup environment
