Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is looking to grow our community with top talent. The New Product Development team is seeking qualified candidates for the EV on Poles Project Manager II position within PSE’s Pole Services group, which develops new energy products and services for municipal, telecommunications, and construction development customers. The Project Manager II will oversee the project management of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations collocated on PSE’s Wood Distribution, Transmission and Stand-Alone Street Light Poles across Washington State. The role ensures customer requirements are met, supports PSE business goals, energy savings, green power objectives, and drives continuous improvement. The candidate will participate in cross-functional teams with internal staff and customers to develop solutions for PSE and customer needs. Specific work arrangements will be discussed during the interview process. This job is considered "safety sensitive" as defined in RCW 49.44.240 and is subject to pre-employment drug screening that includes marijuana testing. Responsibilities

Coordinate resources, provide oversight and direction to team members. Identify the scope of assigned projects and determine actions to meet requirements and deadlines. Manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact and communicate progress. Identify customer needs, set expectations, identify issues, and present alternatives. Facilitate communication between service providers and internal customers; provide technical support as directed by a senior project manager. Respond to customer concerns and collaborate with appropriate parties for resolution. Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers. Apply applicable rules, standards, and guidelines to technical problems. Report on project and program progress as directed; gather and analyze facts related to requirements. Manage schedule and budget development, management, and forecasting. Support emergency response work as requested. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. At least four years of relevant work experience, including managing simple projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Basic knowledge in scheduling, estimating, accounting and finance principles. Basic project management knowledge to manage multiple simple to medium complexity projects in a cross-functional environment. Customer-oriented with a positive, team-oriented attitude, flexibility, and a solid work ethic. Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline. Experience managing small projects or programs. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to write clear, concise reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical areas. Negotiating and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and contract administration. Advanced Project Management Training and PMI or College-certified PM/Construction Management credentials. Experience in SAP. Additional Information

At PSE we value and respect our employees and offer a competitive compensation and rewards package. The pay range for this position is $79,200.00 - $131,700.00 and this role is eligible for annual incentive bonuses based on goals.
